Individual Products

UNDER 30 years old

• Cleanse with either Professional Cleansing Cream or Chocolate Cleanser
• Tonic Lotion (Morning and night)
• Mild Scrub (Once per day)
• Oxygen Face Cream (optimum twice per day but see notes under lymphatic system)
• Vita-A-Kombi 3 (available in 2 sizes / applied onto specific breakouts / spots and blisters etc)
• Oxygen Body 3% to lymph of upper body to aid decongestion
• Congestion Charge (save money by buying 3 essential products from above list)

OVER 30 years old (Anti-age as well as treating Acne)

• Cleanse with either Professional Cleansing Cream or Chocolate Cleanser
• Tonic Lotion (morning and night)
• Mild Scrub (once per day)
  if the acne is not pustule you may consider exfoliating with Cream AHA
• Vita-A-Kombi 2
• Oxygen Body 3% to lymph of upper body to aid decongestion
• Congestion Charge (save money by buying 3 essential products from above list)

Please note that you may also like to apply the Vita-A-Kombi Oil  at night underneath your Vita-A-Kombi 2. This will not make the skin oily but it will help increase collagen production and help anti-age.

At any age when pustules’ controlled but scaring remains

Follow the routine as outline above however please note:

To help diminish scar tissue after the pustules have been controlled by the Oxygen in our creams, substitute the Mild Scrub with Cream AHA in your routine at least 4 times per week.

For sever scaring:

Apply Glyco-Rose Serum to entire face twice per week . If the skin is dry and over 30 but still have scaring apply the gel then leave for 30 minutes then apply Vita-A-Kombi Oil then apply your recommended Oxygen product ( Vita-A-Kombi 2). If under 30 and severe scaring just apply Gel, leave for 30 minutes then apply Oxygen Face Cream on top.
