Advice on treating scar tissue

When the Oxygen product recommended for your age has been used regularly and correctly and the acne or pustules are under control, you may find that you have no actual breakouts but are left with considerable amount of scar tissue. This can take on the appearance of red patches where the pot was or even keloid scaring in ethnic skins where the spot leaves a brown pigmented scar on the skin.

Either way, if scaring is a concern you can treat the skin with our professional strength Glyco-Rose Serum Additionally we recommend that the Vita-A-Kombi Oil be used, due to its concentrated vitamins which help to nurture and heal the skin, gently coaxing it back to vitality and health.

You would still need to apply your recommended Oxygen product twice per day (see home care), but using the oil and the glycolic gel at least 3 times per week as a special treatment will help the skin shed its pigmented and scared veil to reveal and balanced and evenly toned oxygenated skin quicker. In our experience we have treated severely scared skin in this way and have seen wonderful results.

Application:

At Night After Cleansing: Apply a fine layer of  Glyco-Rose Serum and leave to penetrate for 10 -15 minutes. On top apply a very small amount of Vita-A-Kombi Oil. Finally apply a layer of your normal Oxygen product recommended for your age. On the nights you apply the gel do not use mild scrub as well.

The quicker you start to use the Glyco-Rose Serum and oil after the spot has died, the better and quicker the results.
